My fitness mantra goes like this,”If it makes you happy, do it!”
Yoga makes me very happy.
I discovered yoga during a time of pushing my physical limits a little too hard. While I love the feeling of being strong, strength must come with balance. When I was introduced to yoga I began to see fitness in a new light. Yoga offered me the balance in my physical body and mind that I desperately needed. It was life changing. From there, getting certified and opening a studio just made sense!
It is my passion to offer yoga to our home base and surrounding communities so you too can experience its beautiful benefits!
